Implementing a collective management system for protection and development of copyright and neighboring rights;

To Create conducive environment for cooperation and coordination of rights holders to do their part and assisting government efforts to strengthen the protection and legal enforcement of copyright and neighboring rights;

To enhance the contribution of all stakeholders for the development of national copyright and neighboring rights industry in accordance with the law and to ensure the benefit of the rights holders and the nation as whole;

Working jointly for protecting, developing and increasing the rights and interests of the members across the country and abroad.

To increase the contributions of the copyright industry to the development of the country by supporting and developing the arts and the right holders.

For carrying out other duties related to the above-mentioned purposes.
