Copyright protection is automatic.
Original literary, dramatic, musical and artistic works, as well as sound recordings, performances, and communication signals, are automatically protected by copyright and neighboring rights. Facts, ideas and data are not copyrighted. As the copyright and neighboring rights proclamation, 'fixation' is a requirement for copyright to subsist in a work.  The fixation requirement is in keeping with the principle that ideas themselves may not be copyrighted, only the expression of the ideas.

Regulation of Registration of Works Obtaining Copyright Related Rights

This procedure is done at the international level or in many countries, but some countries follow registration procedures for the reasons of technological advancement complicates the enforcement of copyright and increase infringment. This is hardly to secure the economic and moral rights of creators.

In particular, the rapid growth of the digital environment has made it impossible to prevent the violation of rights in the sector. Countries understand the challenges faced by the sector, especially due to the questions raised by the rights holders, they have made it an option to take the registration of copyright-related works as a solution. Registering these works and giving a certificate to the copyright holder will serve as evidence for copyright holders to enforce their rights in court or other places where rights disputes arise.
